Excellent character design--her outfit is detailed without being overly complex, and the pose and spooky expression really shows a lot of what this character must be like! The coloring is quite well done, but it's a bit blurry. Try to keep your coloring soft but your lineart sharp--try using layers, if you have a program that supports them, to make sure hte outline always stays on top. I am really interested in the background, it looks very cool, especially with the writing down the side--almost like kana or somethign that says something, but nothing. So you did this all with a mouse? Great job! Consider me officially impressed.
