Rockin' Out
Rockin' Out by @jfong (Janna Fong)

My character, Leon, playing the electric guitar. I used a picture as reference for his pose. I experimented a bunch with the lighting and am happy how it all turned out. I even added sweat stains to his shirt because musicians get pretty sweaty while jumping around on stage.

Fun fact: I own that shirt.

Enjoy!

Very nice lighting. The bright colours and white lights really give it a sense of being on stage and I like the way they're reflected on him, as well. The pose is nicely drawn, though something about his right hand looks a little odd. It seems like too much of his palm is visible, but I know how it is when drawing from a photo. Still, nicely done. I love the marbled texture on the guitar.

Very believable drawing. It looks great! And he's not bad-looking, either. ;)
