The shading is good as for the rest expressing pain should not always be killing yourself or others...you could get into trouble for post what you said about your teacher......

If you'd like to improve the expression of pain, you could tilt her head more towards the viewer to give them more expressed agony. Also try working on the tee-shirt, cuz the folds suggest she only has 1 breast. =^_^=
