When Starlight Command unveiled their flag and revealed that they were following Gale Command's design, Tsunami Command produced this alternate form which was revealed at the same time as Tremor Command's alternate flag. Although the blue field has some semblance to Gale Command's flag, it was felt that Tsunami Command's anchor-shaped seal stuck out enough to avoid confusing the two (and Gale Command did not raise much fuss).
