I finally drawed it!!!! Err...yah...ok, serious descripty thingy...ahem here goes...

Dragona, Gym Leader of the Aquarmarine City Gym (yes it's supposed to be Aquarmarine not Aquamarine) is the holder if the Dragon Scale badge (pictured above). Now you must bow to the Jigglypuff as your eternal GOD!!!! You didn't flip heads or tails!!!!
