Nagas are snake spirits of water and land that sometimes take the form of beautiful women with serpent tails. This is my (very) loose interpretation of the Indian myth.

Wow, her fins are cool, as are her snakey legs. Webbed fingers would look cool on her, too

Now, to be serious, this one impresses me more than any I've looked at so far, simply because I've seen allot of artists try the snakey legs and fail miserably. Very nice.
