Yep, its everyone's favorite Harmonian...Nash Ratokie/Latkjie! He's the main character of the Suikogadien series. The red head is General Seed of the Highland army, who is from Suikoden 2 but appears in Suikogaiden Vol. 1. Sadly I haven't played Suikogaiden because Japan decided not to release it to the USA cuz its a Text RPG, and those aren't too popular here >.< I WOULD'V BOUGHT IT!! throws fit
