A'ight! Yes, I know she looks like some beefy manwoman! That's because my skills are... well, not too skillful! But anyway... Sam Carlisle's not evil, I swear... while she was in the DCP, she was supposed to wear a uniform, but she didn't like looking like everyone else, so she added her own designs - and what she's wearing here is the outcome. The original uniform was long sleeved and covered every bit of flesh except for the neck, head and hands - she changed it quite a bit. And the blue bits in her hair were also intended to make her stand out. She, of course, got in trouble for all this at some point.
