Lulu by @gemmphoe (Gemma Phoenix)

Im not a massive fan of the final fantasy games but I do like the art and the characters. Lulu really stood out in my opinion and who knows, I might do some more FF people later on...oh yeah, I missed out about 100 belts because she had way too many!
