I like this alot, especially the coloring of the water and darkness without it being murky. The dragon has a few things that irk me a bit however(not being mean, just critisizing). Its tail seems a bit weird in position and i think it widens out somewhere in the middle with a bump. And I'm not sure if i'm right on this one, but shouldnt the tail be powering the dragon across the water, rather then just floating there. If that so, then the limbs look a bit to stiff, more like hes running under water rather then swimming. Too me it looked like he kinda did a not-so-gracefall dive and is looking at the fish saying "What? I'm not a diver, i'm a dragon!" Ahhh...good points now(finnally). The dragon's overall coloring is done extremely well, and the glowing eyes are a well thought out nice touch. The glow across the horns tells that the moon is striking them there.
