Chatter Away/Tickle, Tickle, the Bad Eggy

Dr. Eggman must be trying to get some work done, but Miss Chatterbox is chattering away with nonsense.

Ah! Yes, Dr. Eggman battles Sonic The Hedgehog, and going so well... until he interrupted by a strange guy with long wavy arms starts to tickle him. Well, this is an unusual turn of events for Sonic, puzzled by this.
