Flying Wolve by @FireyWolve (Dual Qyrineg)
I spent tons of time on this and I'm not quite sure if it's even showing through; I'd estimate around five hours. Jeeze, I've been in such a drawing block lately. I haven't uploaded for a long time. . .
This image may be hard to pick out if your screen isn't ver bright, sorry.

Thanks lots for the comment ^_^
Pointing out the wings was wonderful help. I never really took that into account (being that I'm such a languid, lazy person all the time). The referal's are helpful too, even if I noticed the legs after I scanned the image (being much too lazy to change it, I just colored it anyway.) Lets just say he's raising his legs for some weird reason. . . 0.o
I was in such a bad mood when I drew it I wasn't in much of a mood to put forth effort.
PS: your gryph's cyute! ^_-
Pretty good. Hmm... I dunno. I've spent 8 hours already on this pic points http://vcl.ctrl-c.liu.se/vcl/Artists/Syris/Sketches/sapphyprogress.jpg (although I need to upload an updated copy- that's about 4 hours work there) and far from done. I guess it depends how real you want it to be. Anyhoo... The wings and back legs bother me. Over all wing anatomy is good, but where it attaches to the shoulder is too small. The wing base on birds and other winged fantasy things should go along most if not all the back. They'd rip off otherwise. As for the back legs, they're in a stiff ackward pose. They should be hanging down a bit. I'm not sure how to explain that really, except look at these pics of dogs jumping... http://www.animalmotel.net/dog-jump.jpg http://www.kalle.com/photo_album/Fishing/Dog%20jump.jpg http://people.uncw.edu/pawlikj/giz-jump.jpg
See how the legs go back, not up? Anyhoo... hope that helps. Study real animals as much as you can. It helps a lot. :) Still, the pic has great mood to it and nice composition. :)
