A mysterious flux in the realities has transported Lady Stormcrow and the Pastmaster to a world apart from all others: the City of Dreams. Formed from the collective dreams and nightmares of all the people in all the realities, anything goes here. But all is not well, because Stormcrow cannot find the magic to get out, and the City of Dreams is a dangerous place. It's turning into the worst kind of nightmare.
The kind where you can't wake up.
