8 bit crew
8 bit crew by @Roofie (Louise Roberts)

Yes, it's my version of the wonderful 8 bit theatre crew, theif, red mage, fighter and black mage! I am finally trying to draw humans, and it seemed a good idea to start with someone else's characters to give me more of an idea. Go read 8 bit theatre! www.nuklearpower.com.

Wow! They're so... so... Make me smile. ^_^ The faces are cute, and I love the colors. What did you use to color these? Markers? It's incredible. Keep up the good work!

Thank you =D No, it's not markers, it's gouache paint. It's water based I think, and you can either use it thinly like watercolours or thickly for more solid colour like I have in this picture.

Yes! The 8BT crew rocks! I love that comic! Excellent rendition of the main crew here. Bright, vibrant colors and sweet lighting and shading effects. Fighter looks as dumb as he is, Thief has always got his eyes (and hands!) on someone else's money, and of course, who can forget Black Mage's violent urges to kill Fighter? LOL Love it! I hope to see more art like this from you in the near future!
