I think you did a good job getting the features of the tiger down, and your colors seem pretty accurate. I just would've liked to'veseen more texture in the colors, instead of just a textureless airbrush wash of color. Experiment with the different brushes and tools in your program; you'll find there's a lot of fun stuff to work with.

Also, a background--or even a plain colored backdrop--will probably make your images look more finished.
