It's so refreshing to see an elf of a differen skin colour. The hair colour works really well with her, too, and I like the way you designed and shaded it. Shading all over is nice, though her nose looks a little flat. I like the composition, very interesting and eye-catching and frames her well. And I agree with S2, the combination of coloured pencil and marker is seamless. Nice work.
