Tropicana
Tropicana by @Pheep (Alexandra Smith)

Full name Tropicana Sunkist! =D A third variation, for Ktephanie. I really am thinking of starting a little adoptables section of Catil's page XD; Once I actually make Catil and the page...And once neopets stops complaining about outside images...Anyway. ^^ I hate JPEG format for solids. But, I generally hate gif just as much, so it all evens out..Xx' I guess...

She's very cute. I really love the soft coloring--especially in her hair, the lavendar-ish pink and yellow go really well together, surprisingly. I like her slightly droopy eyes--they make her look sleepy in a cute kind of way. The little star and moon on her cheek and her jewelry are really great touches--they make her seem like a dreamy kind of character. And I love the name Tropicana--it really suits her. :) I'm guessing most of the 'blockiness' in the lines is caused by transfer to .jpg? If not, that would be the only thing I would suggest--running a 'noise reduction tool' like the ones Adobe programs have, to make the image less blocky.
