Yep, Klire is the stunted, deformed, and quite exiled prince of clan Charr. He's got a pretty bitter outlook on life and hates his Queen sister with a passion because she was the one who ordered him exiled. He can't fly at all, due to the lack of size and membrane on his wings, but he's a pretty good runner.

Anyway, Klire is a red furry dragon, concept copyrighted to Psycrowe. ^^
