Seeing this pic makes me wonder if you've ever read "Boys Next Door" by Kaori Yuki (I hope I didn't mangle her name too badly!) One of the main characters is a boy hooker. He doesn't really crossdress, but damn... It's a great story. Scanlations are available at www.sakura-crisis.net
Anyways. On to the image. I love the expression. He looks like he's cat-calling to potential customers. Excellent job shading on the boots--I'm really impressed with the white highlights. And the star on his cheek is a very nice choice!
