Okay, this is the Dragonair banner from before; the boards had a vote and chose this one, so I shrank it, touched up the shadows a bit, and added in the words "Fanfic" (it was the font/color that looked best at the time and clashed least ^^;; ). Hopefully it'll be alright. ^^;;;
