Er, a lot behind this one. To put it simply, Cyborg Bill is a charrie made by my best bud. He's, well, a cyborg created by Bill, and looks like him so Bill can put his cyborg in place of him, to study how it interacts with people. Cyborg Bill is portrayed as almost-always happy-go-lucky and sweet, but is actually the opposite, mean, ruthless, and murderous ^^; and there's anime-me at the bottom
