An attempt at whatever style it is when you see Ratfink and the like in Mad magazine... As you can probably tell, after the toung, I gave up. L I'll try again later.

The story behind this is that he was originaly goina be in the steriotypical hotrod, but there was a movie playing in class about biological weapons, so I drew him on a missile. :D
