Blue Sniper Dragon or Snipergon as I’ve been calling him is based on the cosmetic’s Ol’ Snaggletooth, Crocodile Mun-Dee and Scoper’s Scales. And also gave him a corked hat to make his Sniper uniform a little different than the other’s.

Reminds me a little of the dragons elder’s from Spyro Reignited XD
