Ohmigaaaaaawd I am in love with your inking skills. It's loose, but still keeps a good sense of unity. The varied linewidths really add to it, as do the small smatterings of color throughout. I have always envied those with such a loose and flowing technique. Wonderful mood and expression work too. :)

have you ever heard somebody laughing really hard in another room and you can't tell if they're laughing or crying? this is what i'm dealing with in this piece.
the panels start out in a triangular shape because triangles suggested an ambiguity to me. neither happy nor sad nor mad. in the same panel you can only guess if srom's sad or what. then the panel shapes start to be similarly shaped to light rays, and you see that srom is indeed happy. this is also on purpose. not to mention it all makes a nice rectangle!
yes. this is an illustration class assignment. i wasn't sure if i should put writing in it or not, and so... i just went with it and put it in. half the class loved it and the other half hated it. same on the comic format, but nuts to them about that.
I really love how this came out -- your coloring skills are different, but good, I've never seen anyone do this style. I also like how you transfered each comic cell downward, that looks pretty nice, too, although I recommend just slightly more color on the first cell.
