Here we have the goings-on in the Mines of Moria...specifically the discovery of Balin's tomb and the tipping of the skeleton into the well. ^.^ reiterates point made before Pip is once again constantly freaked out. =B And, you may have noticed, Legolas is more apt to be staring off into space and not paying attention than to be actually interacting with anyone. This page marks the second time he's spoken, whereas almost every other time he appears, he just looks so very bored. XD This page also includes JC's first tipoff that something may be amiss in the world of LotR...no orcs show up to do battle with the Fellowship despite the din. o.o What happened? I mean plotwise, besides the fact that KidK was too lazy to draw an entire orc battle? Well, wait for the fourth page! =D
