For being sick, you still did a very cute oekaki. Your shadows all seem to be in the right places, the highlights aren't too bad, and the textured 'tone dots' look very nice where they are. As for what is amiss with the picture, her eyes are two very different sizes. Guidelines would fix this problem were this a hand-drawn sketch, but I know it is impossible for me to sketch in oekaki, so I don't know how hard it is for you. The only other thing that looks awkward is her shoulder--it seems a little small. Nothing else seems amiss, though. Nice job!
