Actually, to me at least, this does look like a gray-day kind of pic. It doesn't seem like rain so much to me as it does her sitting under something dark, like a bridge, maybe, waiting for the rain to end. I really love the sad expression in her eye--the way only one eye is visible also really heightens the depressive mood. Your lines are very nice, especially on the hair--it looks wet--but the anatomy seems off. I don't think her knees are big enough, and her shoulders seem to be a little small compared to her head, as well. The cigarette seems a little too slanted to actually be in her mouth, and it doesn't look like she's holding it, either. I definetly like your pencil lines, though. Also, I would recommend trimming out the edges of where you tore this out of your sketchbook--either manually or with the scanner. It would definetly improve the image. You have a really cool technique with pencils, though. Definetly keep that up!

Thankyou for the comment! I really love comments! Its looks grey! good, and Mamimi was under that bridge alot in the anime to! You're right about the proportions, I think I'll try to fix them, hopefully it'll look better then. She wasnt sposed to be holding the cigaretter though. Oh well, I'll get it right eventualy. ^_^
