My older brother loves Sailor Moon, so I decided to make this as his 24th birthday present. The rainbow effect took me a good hour or 2 on my Dad's computer, but I'm very proud with how it came out.

WOW i love sailor moon!! i wish i could draw her like that!! all of my sailor moons look really funny looking.. oh well.. with lots of practice i'll get her!

Great job on the coloring. I love how well it transitions and it's really eye-catching. Great job on the difficult pose, too. Awesome picture.^_^
