Who I Am
Who I Am by @Ahkahna (Hannah J.S. Davis)

Bad things happen when you lock away your heart. You lose yourself in the realities of everyday, the things that make science true and imagination unreal. You pack up your soul into a box and place it in the recesses of your mind where it sits until it is lost in the dark closet of cluttered memories. You are no longer who you used to be, just a shell.

I've been stuck in the depths of that closet, stuck in a box. Trapping ones self inside to hide from this false reality isn't how a person loves themselves. In fact, it's like self disgust.

But I love my self, my soul. I can't rot in a box. This is who I am. And I love it.
