My very first fan chara- Joseph by @Axenblade (Laguna Barr)

Aww!! this takes me back to when I first saw Swat kats!! My first fan chara I ever created.... one of the only fan charas except Mira...and one from Pokémon I did years ago for a comic we were gonna create. Joseph is a freelance journalist and photographer who tries to figure out who every villian and hero is in Mk city. Pity is, no one takes him seriously enough to employ him and only use his articles to fill up space, although he keep most of the evidence of photographs and such he collects to himself...
