Wee Wee!
Wee Wee! by @KarmaSlave (Samantha Nowinski)

Remember Rocko's Modern Life? When Heffer and the turtle dressed as Mr. Big Head and said "wee wee"? Well, I took those little words and I made me and my friend Steph say it like crazy lunatics. Fei and Ashley, my other two friends, and kinda weirded out (who wouldn't be? Steph's wearing a shirt that says "Lick Me") Artwork © Copyright 2002 Samantha Nowinski

I REMEMBER ROCKO'S MODERN LIFE!!!! And the turtle ye speak of tis Filbert!!!!! he married Dr. Hutchinson and they had four kids. All from one egg. That's impressive!!!!(One was a cat, two were turtles, and one looked like Hefer cause he sat on it. Hehehehe.) They sometimes put the show on that fascist dictating channel Nick!!!! The same that exploits SpongeBob. Piniata:~The same. Lina:~Si. The same what banished Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, and our beloved Zimmy!!!GRRRRRRHOWLLLLLLLLEHAHAHAHHAHAHAA....(It just goes on like that for...oh say 'bout twelve min.)
