The Skunk and the Computer

As Father's Day bore down upon him, the skunk thought to get his father a brand new computer. When he brought the box home, he decided to unpack it and make sure everything was as it should be. Fortunately, it was a good thing he did....

Moral of the Story: When in doubt, it never hurts to do a pun or four.

Hahaha! I get it, I like how you did this picture... The mouse, "key/k" board, that`s cute! Excelent job! ^__^

Thank you for your comment.

I would have thrown in a tower as well (perhaps a miniature Eiffel Tower? a castle tower?), but thought the picture would have looked too cluttered. As it is, I still managed to squeeze in four puns (or five, if you count the mouse buttons). :p

By the by, yes, dad loved it.

A+ for puns. The expression on Justin's face is priceless and the monitor is excellently drawn. It's a little hard to make out the second D shape in the background, but I like the composition now that I see it. Nicely done.

Thank you for your comment.

I admit, Justin's face made me giggle several times while making this picture. As for the monitor, I looked up pictures of monitor lizards on Wikimedia Commons so I could draw the right sort of lizard (using, for example, a gecko instead would have looked rather strange, I think). The second D also solved a problem I had with how to hide Justin's undrawn legs. (In hindsight, I should have put the "A" shape behind the second D.)
