Yeah, this scene was one of my favorites in Aladdin (well, this isn't any particular stopped frame, just composed from when Genie was singing)
Yep! Disney does that with characters, kind of simplistic and easy to imitate---hence a lot of people with Disney styles out there, heh. I'm glad that you noticed that about their skin, I did pay special attention to shading it and attempting this sort of cafe au lait (sp?) color on them.
scratches head I didn't notice the thing about the planes of reality, but that's still a great thing to hear too! Perspective, while being a pain to me, is still not a thing I consciously think about a lot.

Another lovely piece. Very fun and light-hearted! I remember this scene in Disney's Aladdin. Most Disney characters are very draw-able, aren't they? ^_^ I particularly like how you've done the skin tones and shadows. It makes the girls seem almost touchable through the screen somehow.
You've also done a magnificent job of keeping all three in harmony with one another as figures that reside on the same plane of reality. It's difficult for me to keep sizes and such in perspective when I add more than one person into a composition, so I admire your success ^_^
