Very lovely image! I've never been able to use any kind of halftones in photoshop, so I must say I'm impressed. :) I like her face and eyes, and the shading in the face. You bring out the light-source nicely!
The only thing I'm a bit disappointed about it the lack of highlights on the dress. It'd stand out much more if there were some strokes of lighter tones to indicate the light source better.
However, all by all I can say this is definitely one of my more favourite pictures!
