Asif ibn Baraysh's Grave Seal by @fragmented_imagination (B Sanders)
Designed similar to this emblem, this is a design made after Aṣif ibn Baraysh passed away. Upward-pointed triangles are common grave markers, and Djinn are especially antsy if they see the symbol in unexpected places. Generally meaning that they heed triangular signs and are especially leery of up-pointing arrows. Similar to the emblem, it features his name and patronym along with "Allah was pleased with him" (found on the medallions of the Rashidun Caliphate in Istanbul). This particular seal would be featured on items of Aṣif ibn Baraysh's personal property after his death in order to prevent others from desecrating them. It would also be made into memorial plaques to be given to his closest living relatives (parents, siblings, spouses, and children) as proof of their kinship.
Use of the Qur'an is considered part of the Public Domain.
