This picture is the finished version of an old concept that was dropped over concerns of Copyright Issues when my novel ever end up being published(as you can see, its too Lion King like.).

I colorized parts of it. Dave sent it with 3 or so things messed up, so i politly replied saying that the specific parts were not as I expected.

The Uniform was too "Democratic", so i made it more of a "Communist" style in PhotoShop 6(The Rostokian people for back ground info are all Communists). The hair color was wrong and there was a rope or something rediculas like that on the right shoulder. Artwork © Copyright 2002 Victor Tarsus
