She's really adorable. I really like her cute design (and of course, I am extremely partial to mermaids!) and the way her hair is flowing seems to draw the eye. I definetly think this is a cute image, shame you didn't finish it, but sometimes pics are like that. :) Perhaps you will draw another mermaid someday... ::coughhintcough:: Ahem. :)
