Ooo, I really like the lighting and shadows in this one. Her pose is well drawn, it looks quite fluid and natural. I like her expression too, though the blank eyes kinda creep me out, but they are neat. All that I might recommend is to try cleaning up your outlines a bit and to maybe experiment with fabric folds and the way that clothing hangs (I'm still struggling with that myself though). Also, you definitely show a knack for drawing hands. Hope my ramblings help ^_^
