this is a pretty good pic i like the concept of it. you did a good job with the shading however i dont know if its just your style.. but to me it seems the right eye is off a little.

Were good work : ) I'm not an anime fan myself, but this one is really good. I love the cut you gaev to it, with the hand coming from outside the paper. Hmm maybe i would change that pink border so that it doesnt cover the hand too :)
