The Old Cabin
The Old Cabin by @WolfBoy (Jordan Anascavage-Lorenz)

When your out camping somewhere with some freinds and you are suddenly startled by a frantic scream and you go to see whats going on only to run into this cabin deep in the forest with this ghost-like beastile figure looking over at you, you know its going to be a long lllooong night.

Tried to make more of the cabin and its surroundings itself the point of focus in this pic to give it a eriee feeling without really seeing any kind of creature right in you face dominating the pic. Just a ghostly figure stareing at you from the balcony tis all.

This is a very effective peice. I like the use of the boxes to bring focus to the eyes of the creature. The only part of it I don't like is the blackish box at the very bottom. Whats inside it is unrecognizable and it just doesn't seem to fit.

I love the contast and detail, and the whole piece looks amazing. Very eerie.

I agree with Soleil though, the bottom box doesn't really seem to fit as it is the only part without a lot of contrast. However, I do recognize three canine figures within it.

Yeah, I really do think I killed the pic by trying to force some extra stuff in there meaning that bottom part. I actually had all that done the way the rest of pic was with the tall grass and stuff but I just had to go in there and add something I souldn't have.

You both made a real good point there and I think I sould have just left it be because that buttom bit really does hamper that pic when you sit back and look at it for a while.

Thank you very much for you honesty on that because I was thinking the same but didn't know what other people thought so now I know. Many thanks for the comments on what did look good in the pic since the only problem seems to be that bottom part. I might just crop the pic a bit to get rid of it when I upload it elsewhere.
