Well, I like it, darnit. I can't say whether it's cliche or not (as I am not an art teacher who teaches life studies, etc.), but...You know, I don't think she's melting or anything; I think she's falling. And just happens to be green.

Love the vivid colors, too. And good expression. Nice use of tones to map out her face.
