In terms of "off" though I guess you'd be looking at his right eye.

Although I'm not very good at it myself: the proportion of his right eyes seems to be a bit off, i guess it's a bit too big and his right eye is looking a bit too to the left =D and it's a bit too close to the nose? This might have happened because his other parts of the face sorta show that his faced isn't at such an extreme angle?

I hope you get what I mean lol, it seems like I'm not making sense. But hope it helps anyway =D
