The backlighting in this picture is great... and the way the hair and the bodice complement to frame the face and chest is nice too...

It's the light in the leaves that makes the picture stand out though.... really cool.

Overall a beautiful piece, Starling, though there are a few things that are a bit off. From the way her hair's falling over her left shoulder it makes the base of her arm look really really skinny, and the bodide seems a bit too tight (though then again, you can never tell with victorian fashion ^^). However, on the other hand, this is a very luminous and well-composed piece--her face and the light among the leaves are my two favourite parts. Spiffing job, Starling. ^^
