Summer's Here by @ianchas (Ian Chase)

My entry for the AAF Swimsuit contest, I really went all out for this piece. Teka naturally lent herself to be the subject, and I had to look up the word buxom to be sure I was using it right ^_^;;.

The coloring was entirely an experiment, trying out new ideas and messing around with a few old ones. I'm really happy with the results though. The cel shading was alot easier than I thought it would be.

Two things I would change though, would be the baeach ball and the background. I'd like to have made the beachball transparent, and the background waves(dispite my hours of work on it) still look fake. Artwork © Copyright 2002 Ian Chase
