That's some nice shading on the clothes there.

One detail that you could maybe keep in mind next time when drawing objects would be that things have thickness... You've drawn it nicely on Marlin's sleeve, but the side of the chest seems to be paper-thin, when the general construction suggests something solid, so we should see a top to the side.

The very saturated background seems a bit distracting, something more greyish might have worked better, but I do know the problem of having a limited number of marker colours available.

Marlin's expression there turned out very nice, and over all I get a sense of the picture in itself telling a little story. :)

Thanks so much for the comment! I really appreciate your thoughts, and I agree with the thickness of the chest. I don't know why that one didn't occur to me. I also agree that the background didn't quite work, though I'm glad to hear that I portrayed the character well enough. Thanks again!
