Dragonsphere by @Namari (Katrien van Riet)

I coloured the dragon with a Parker blue ballpoint pen. My first serious try at ballpoint. I think it turned out OK. My first real try at rocks too. Thanks to Jinx for helping me out with the legs.

Very lovely! My, you weild that pen well. It's amazing to me what some artists can do with some materials. Nice work! I'm glad my advice helped you. The rock looks very nice as well. I'd like to see a background on this picture, but it looks great as it is, too.

Thanks. I don't think I'm ready for a background yet, bu't I'll practice.

I'm really impressed by how clean this turned out. Whenever I work in pen, the results are typically all scratchy and sketchy (erasers are my best friend). You obviously put alot of thought into this piece. The wings are especially cool, the shading is excellent and I can't figure out how you had the patience to draw that many lines. The pose is pretty cool too. Keep up the good work ^_^

Well, it's relaxing to do all the lines. Especially after a long day of school.
