Meet Cecil Van Albergaster. An intern working at the Megakat Broadcasting Co., taxpaying citizen of Megakat City... and a serial-killing cannibal.

He hates what he is, but his compulsive urge to kill other kats and then eat them is too strong for this weak-willed young man to resist. Things only get worse for Cecil (and everybody else) when a fellow by the name of Thomas Talbot enters his life.

Without a doubt, Cecil is one of the most disturbing characters I've ever created. The only one more disturbing than him would be Thomas Talbot, but more on him when I actually post his picture.
