Misty is one of two main characters in a story of mine called "Crystalline," which is set in my original world, a project called "Ukerra." She's an independent young woman with a lot of emotional baggage that she keeps well-hidden behind a cheerful facade, though she is also genuinely super sweet and empathetic. Her culture's access to "real" magic depends on wealth and social status, neither of which she has roots in, but she is fascinated by the subject and contents herself with crystal magic and astrology. She runs her own small business where she sells witchcraft tools and booklets, many of which she makes herself.

"Crystalline" is one of three big stories I have set in the world of Ukerra, along with "Seaspell," and "The Asteroid Belt."
