The father/creator of Lucyanna Kimsel, he was born in planet Blizzarfog back in 2003, and his father is the king of Blizzarfog. His father once demanded that his son makes Lucyanna Kimsel (or L-10) to be created to destroy planet Tarreon, and Randel refused completely, then left the planet after this, he still calls his wife on the phone from time to time.
