Qammy is a leader of a shape-shifting hivemind called Quanith. Qammy as also tried to shapeshift as Lucyanna just to mess with her head. She's also very quiet most of her life, she only speaks to her little cult of loyal followers at all times, and nobody else, except Missatrio.
